Care of your kit
To Ensure your product lasts, certain care must be taken to prevent unnecessary wear. On the collar of all Strider Solutions Shirts is the care instructions that detail that it should not be hot washed, ironed or tumble dried. This is a combination of care to ensure the shirt and print stays in good condition.
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Shorts can be either hand or machine washed no more than 30 degrees with mild detergent. Do not iron, bleach or tumble dry.
and I can't say I've ever seen someone clean their range caps. So if you decide you want too. Potentially stick to cold hand wash with mild or no detergent as this may bleach or speed up the fading of the camo. Sun over time will naturally bleach the cap.
Return policy
Certain Products are custom made to order. Please ensure they are the correct colour, variant and or size before ordering. They are not exchangeable or refundable.
Certain non custom products may be retuned (at buyers expense) within 14 days of arrival, but must be in the original condition and will incur a restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping.
Refunds/replacements will only be issued If an Item is damaged/lost in Transit, contains a Manufacturing fault/defective or doesn't arrive. Additionally if the product that arrives is not what you ordered it will also be eligible for a refund/replacement.
